Well i went out yesterday and today did some calling. Unfortunately i didnt even hear a turkey but, the one cool thing was i saw a coyote yesterday came in looking at me. Today went out with my buddy and saw a beautiful red fox. There out hunting for the fawns that have been born just this week. how did the rest of you NYers do? I did terrible with 0 turkeys in the freezer but, the only thing i can say was every hunt was a learning expierience. Hopefully next year my 3rd year turkey hunting i will get my first.
