I will be out with my bow again this year. Last year was my first year to try with my bow, I could have shot a jake, but I wanted a longbeard and passed on the jake. I should have shot him, because I never got another turkey within my bow range. But I did get one with my 870

I am planning on getting a new shotgun, so I will probably get my first bird with the shotgun and then take my bow to try and get one. I have 4 tags and ready for April 2 to get here.

Goin first year with my bow.... im hopefully gonna get my bud on his first longbeard and video tape it then the camera is on me and my Bear Code.... I think an extra 5 pts in the contest should awarded for a turkey with a bow.. good luck to the rest
