I posted a couple months ago, that I missed a big Boss Gobbler at 45yards. It was like a scene from the Matrix. I shot at him and his head just slanted to the right like he dodged it.

I'm gonna try and upgrade my calling from assertive to very aggressive and try to use some more hen decoys!

I'm in the turkey contest, and I hope I can help my team out.

Yeah me too. I called that bad boy from 150yards with some raking of the leaves and some purring... and missed....

Last year I didn't even get a shot at a turkey. I was 15 so in New York there was a youth season that I participated in. My brother called in a gobbler but it came from the wrong direction and headed to my brother who was set up behind me so he stopped calling and the Gobbler headed off never to be seen again.

During the same youth season the only bird that came into shooting range was a hen.

Then to top it off during the regular season me and my brother were set up and a group of two jakes met up with a gobbler right in front of us at about 80 yards. Then my brother was trying to allow for a double and that didn't work out.

This year I can hunt by myself so hopefully at least my brother can get a turkey with out me to complicate the set up. And who knows maybe I will even call in a Gobbler or two.
