Kinda how I do it, as above.
Secondly, I bow hunt alot and will watch them roost the night before while I am in the tree and then set up on them in the morning when they fly down.
Third, once I know where they roost I will set up in the afternoon and catch them coming back to the trees at night.
Here in my area of Iowa the turkeys roost in the same trees as they do in the spring.
