    Default 7 Beards

    Shot this 7 bearded turkey last spring with a bow. It was a shocker because I only saw two beards before I shot him.

    Awesome bird, congrats!! I think the record with beard length is 8 beards, you got a good one!!

    ya it is a neat sight to see thats for sure. a friend here in nh has the state record bird and i think that was a 8 or 9 beard bird

    thats a true trophy right now did you get it mounted? cuz that might just be a truly ounce in a lifetime bird. the biggest turkey i got was a 24lbs 11 3/4 inche beard and 1 1/2 spurs with a third spur starting at the base of his right leg and i got him stuffed! beautiful bird though! good shootin
