    Default CAUGHT PETER COTTONTAIL

Well went home to the farm-got a cottontail in a box trap. Had some good ideas of what I could use it for or do with it. My mom begged me to let it go.... Awww it was Easter.... And the bunny lives on... or until next week till a coyote or something gets it... I have to still download the pics I took of the little guy... to be continued....

    That's kind of cool.

But, they are wild, so I guess I'd either let it go, or eat it.

I think it's nice you let it go. Just think how many other rabbits it'll produce for hunting season.

Ok! Make fun of me if you want, but I just couldn't kill the cute little bugger if it were trapped first. I don't care how tasty they are. Now, from say, 15- 20- 50 yds. That'd be a different story. But caged up like that!? No way!

We have rabbit problems, or I should say HAD! They love to eat up bushes.

I have only ever shot one rabbit in my entire life lol. I remember riding on the fourwheeler with my dad leading, he took left side I took right (partridge hunting). He stopped and pointed in the woods, I saw a snowshoe hare with its back against a dark tree, there was still patches of snow so it was easily visible. He said I could take it since I had never shot one before Anyway, OFF WITH ITS HEAD . Was good in a strir fry.
