    Default Minnesota Pheasants

    Hey guys/gals: I just wanted to pass this on:
    Anyone who hunts pheasants in Minnesota (or can support claims that this proposal is too early) please check this out! The state is thinking of opening pheasant season a month earlier than they do now! There would be NO way to tell hens from immature roosters!

    Ours opens to early here as well. Bugs the heck out of me. First week or two of the season is pretty pathetic. You can tell the difference but not very well. I can't figure out why they do things like that. Keep it open a month later, don't open it early. Oh, well at least we can still hunt. For now.
