Stacked em' up!!!

I went out on my once annual rabbit hunt on my hunting land with a bunch of friends this morning. We hunted for 2 hours 15 min. and killed 19 rabbits. Everybody shot .410's and we only let one get away! We all had a great time but, now I need a good recipe because we are going to have a bunny feed one of these days!!

Good deal.

Good recipe:

Slow cook the bunnies, debone. Dump in 2 peppers, can of tomatoes, an onion, bring to a boil with 2 cups of water and two chicken boullion cubes, let the veggies cook down, drain the drippings into a pan and thicken with cornstarch, then add a few tablespoons of sour cream to taste, salt pepper, and pour it all over noodles.

Yum.

Holy hossenfeffer!!! Im with Hardwoods here that sounds like a great recipe Chris...I love BBQ rabbit..we used to pen raise about 150 every summer..butchered them and bbq them on a rotissary..mmmmmGOOD!

Thanks for the recipe Chris. That does sound really good. I was thinking about just cooking them all, picking the meat off the bones and mixing a little BBQ sauce in with them and throw them on buns. I just don't know how I'm going to cook all of them!

50 Gallon drum ought to cover it.
