    Default The Hook\'s

    Well first thing is to get to know each other.I'm from idaho,hunt several states,(one grand slam).this is my third year in the contest.Ist place,first year,2nd place last year.The next thing we need to do is pick name.I suggest "The Hooks".any other names ?Go team.one last thought,lets all have fun and look out the rest of ya,cause i'm ready to hunt!

    Weve got quite a group. I suggest Longbeards if it isnt taken. Im from michigan, obviously. lol
    I Hunt on a 1500 acre sportsman club, and I also hunt a old mans apple orchard-farm, next to a major swamp, its amazing how many turkeys are on that property. Ill post some pics once i find them, i counted 40 turkeys sometimes.

    Happy to be a part of the team. This is my second year in the contest. Last year I was the only one on my team who scored. If you haven't figured it out, I am up in Maine. Our season doesn't even start until May 2nd. So I may be battin' clean-up. Anyway, both names are fine by me...quite possibly already taken though.

    Hey all! Good to see you guys. Our season here in Ohio starts April 18, in till May 15. Gonna miss the second weekend, we are golfing in WV......

    Hooks or Longbeards is fine with me. Let's get 'er going!

    Hey glad to be a part of the team, this is my first year for this but I have several turkeys down. I am from Missouri we start April 18-May 8 where are all the rules I need to read over them.

    Who all was lucky enough to bag a bird last year?

    Here is mine from last year:


    9+" beard, 1.125" and 1.25" spurs, weighed in at 20lbs.

    i AM ON THE RIGHT 20 LBS. 10 INCH BEARD my brother is on the left my dad in the middle hadn't got his at the time of the picture.turkey season it's the best time every year!!!! can't wait for April 18th

    union foreman says,no time off in april,need to get casino built.may have to drag-up.never was worth much during turkey season unless i was in "the woods".go team
