Ya'll better hope the big ones here in NC don't get shot before I can get one, I've had to settle for a spike the last 2 years, geeeez, I gotta move to Iowa or something.

Well I'll do my best to put a good one down. I'll likely be using the smokepole again this fall.

hey teammates, where does everyone hunt? I will be hunting in Illinois (rock Island county) WI (Coloma) and Texas (Parker County). This is my first year with a bow. I have been practicing at least 3 times a week to get ready for the season.

Going to try to do my part for the team.

State Forest for me, I'm usually lucky if I see more than 2 deer during the season, maybe I'll get blessed with some private land this year, I hate making that 45 minute drive, too bad I can't hunt at the college I work at, the Cape Fear River runs behind it and during the winter, heck summer too there's deer all over the campus at night, guess I'm gonna have to get a spotlight and a bow.

According to the landowner of our lease, there are huge deer tracks in the area. The mild summer and more than average rainfall in IL and TX should make for some healthy bucks this year. I heard from our friends in TX that the bucks have real nice racks this year. I plan on doing my part for the team.

The name Rack Attack is fine with me.

I am scouting our IL lease on sunday, I hope to get some pics.

I think the overwhelming majority of people are fine with "Rack Attack".

I went scouting yesterday on our IL lease. I saw some tracks that were just huge, as big as my whole hand! Found several trees by the tracks that will be perfect for my climber. The timber portion of the lease was very thick, too thick to walk through, so I'll probablt be hunting the edges of it. I think the third weekend of october will be the first opportunity to hunt this lease. I can't wait.

I'll vote for Rack Attack as well. Sounds good.

We have seen 5 nice bucks. I hunt Buffalo county WI. A 12 pointer that is about 20 in. is the biggest I have seen. I need to put down a doe first, so opening morning I should have an entry for us.

    Rack Attack sounds fine.

Haven't got much of a chance to scout yet. We'll be scouting and working on stands during the next month or so.

Man we were done wrong! We'll need to make sure that we bury these guys with our scores.

    Critter Getters
    Rack Masters
    Nimble Nimrods

    Whatever you guys want.

    Hey guys,

I've been away for a while and see that I'm on y'alls team. I'll be hunting in central Virginia. I'll be hunting in 4 different counties on a total of about 9,000 acres of private land. I've set up a couple stands on some rubs I found earlier this month. Our bow season starts Oct. 2nd and I'll be hunting as much as I can till Jan 1st. We can take 3 bucks and as many does as we want to buy tags for.
As far as our team name... anything works for me. I'll try to think of something. Good luck to everyone!

I went out today and scouted one of my properties. Found a few rubs and a very large track. I've been trying to kill that deer for the last 2 years and have only glimpsed him once last year. I think he was a very nice 10pt. Hopefully this year I'll find out by counting his points in the back of my truck! Lots of deer on the property so at the least I should get a doe. I've taken 3 from there and 1 8pt the last 2 years. As far as the name... Rack Masters sounds good if anyone wants to make it "official".

    Eric
