    Default TEAM \"3\"

Hey everyone it is time for us to pick a name for our team, and I would also like to know what seasons you hunt and type of weapons used. My name is Curt, I hunt during bow, rifle and muzzleloader seasons. During bow season I will be using a pse Nova, rifle season a Ruger 7mm mag with a 6.5 by 20 simmons scope and hopefully during muzzleloader season this yr., I will be trying out a new CVA optima pro 209. Good luck to all, and all you other teams haven't a prayer of beating team three, we rule!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Curt, Tom here. Our archery season starts the first Saturday in October and runs thru the end of January. Shotgun season is the week after Thanksgiving and muzzleloader starts after Christmas for 4 days. I will be hunting all three seasons. Hoyt Razortec for my bow, Winchester 1300 12 gauge for gun and Traditions Buckhunter Pro inline with the 209 conversion kit, topped with a Simmons 3-9x scope for ML.

Heading out to Illionos to hunt with LLBUX, Tominator and a buddy of his on October 15 thru 19. Looks to be some GIANTS out there on LLBUX's farm!

How about a team name? Here is a few:
    Bucks-R-Us
    Team Gutpile
    Brown It's Down

    Let's get a name going!!

Hey Tom, I was beginning to wonder if I was the only one on this team. Nice to meet you, I am from W.Va. 1 hr. north of Wheeling. Have a good time with Tominator, and tell him I said hello. I hop his condition is improving. Where are you from in Ohio? We also need to get going and pick a name for our team. Talk to ya soon.

Hi fellas, I am doing some last minute stuff before I leave for Colorado. I'll be gone until the Monday the 14th hunting elk with my bow. I can't wait!!

I hunt deer mostly with my bow. I shot a MAthews Ultra MAx that I bought back in 99. Still going strong! I usually take my buck during the archery season and then doe hunt during the rifle season using one of many rifles LOL. My latest favorite is a Savage 99 made in 1936 with an old Redfield receiver sight on it. I also use my Rem 7600 in 35 Whelen.........and many more

One of my favorite times of the year to hunt is during our flintlock season after Christmas. Lots of fun hunting like the old days!

That Cabelas in Wheeling is awesome. I was there for the RT meet during the grand opening. A fun time. I met Tominator there. I live about 10 miles north of Pittsburgh, Wheeling is an hour drive South for me.

As for a name I'll try to think of a few during my hunt.

Hello guys, Cliff from CT here, my bow season starts the 15th of this month but I won't be able to get out until the 20th. My bow is a Bear RTX, shooting Gold Tips, shotgun is a Remington 870 Bushmaster slug gun and for black powder I shoot either a Knight or Ruger. Good luck to all this season.

Hey guys, the name's Kevin. My season starts Oct. 1st and runs until Jan. 15th. I bowhunt primarily with my Bear TRX. I do break out the old 30/30 and muzzleloader every now and then but prefer the stick and strings.

As for a name, I kinda like "The Scrubbusters". It's like the Scrubmasters, just a little different.

I am glad to see that we are starting to get some names going in here. also it is nice meeting some new people and finding out what equipment that they use. I have thought of a few more names that we might consider, here we go: 1.) Buckbusters 2.) Muzzleloader Maniacs 3.) Country folk can Survive. You know guys it would be nice if after a hunt, you come in here and give a brief summary of your days hunt, you know what action you saw, even if it was just two squirrels chasing each other. lol Good luck on everyones season, and hope to here more from you all soon.
