Dang man!!! You guys put the smack-down on them!! That is awesome. I have tried a couple times, but they can be tough to hunt!! VERY smart and excellent eyesight. Did you use an electronic caller?? Go kill more more more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can remember when there was no season on Crows. Over the years I've shot many of them, out of trees & on the ground, with my .222 Remington & .22 Hornet. I've only shot one with a shotgun.

i shoot crows here too, there a BIG pain in the butt, they get into all sorts of mischive, especially garbage. We have this Remington 700 Varmint 22-250, it has a 6-18x Redfield scope on it. Dad was out on the porch with this older man from New York, dad noticed a crow sitting at the top of a big pine tree. it was about 175 yards away. Dad went up and grabbed the 22-250, the guy from New York said.. you will NEVER hit that. Dad said "watch this". he loaded up the 52gr hollowpoint, set the gun on the roof of the car and fired, the bird fell from the tree and i ran and got it. Dad shot it right between the eyes LMAO. i showed the guy and he almost fell out of his chair lol.
