I will be borrowing a layout boat or a "tub" we call them from a freind to use for eiders....I have never hunted from one before and was wondering what tips anyone has on using them ....now keep in mind I am at home on the water and used to small boats... I am hoping I will do better as the birds are starting to get boat shy and not flying close enough to my 16 footer....what really pushed me to use a "tub" was watching 2 guys laying out side of me this morning one guy was tending the other in the tub ....and it was rough out today I thought they were nuts..untill I see that the layout boat could handle more waves then what I would dare take my little 10 foot fiberglass boat in
