I believe they'll all work. . . . . but i've got both in the spread. I believe b/t those two brands it's a toss up.
I pick, herters.lol. Out of those two, I've never tried carry lites, but the flambeau aren't bad. I really like their new mallard paintjob. Seems like a lot of companies are tryin to keep up with GHG(greenhead gear)
Of those two, I would probably pick the flambeaus over the carry-lites. Almost all my decoys in my spread are Greenhead Gear. I've had them for two years and they are wearing pretty good. The only thing I don't like about the GHG is the weight...a bag of two dozen life-size weighted keel decoys weighs a ton!![]()
Huntn4, do those GHG keep their paint well? i've debated trying them out but keep getting mixed reports from folks, some say they're nice others say that the paint flakes really bad.
Cove, I've only had them for 2 years so I really can't say how well they'll keep their paint over the long haul. I really haven't abused them (other than running over a bag full with the four-wheeler one time) and the paint has held up so far. I guess only time will tell but I really like them.

I do not like greenhead gear very well. My favorite decoys are either herters or flambeaus. I have some herters goose decoys and they are very realistic. Flambeau will hold up better over the long run.
BM, any reason for not liking the GHG? i know they look alot more realistic than the Flam Boys.
