With so many women filling their tags this year, I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread where we can have all the pics in one place.

Here's my first deer ever! I got him on Veteran's Day this year. He weighs 212.5 pounds, 8 (almost 9) points with a spread of 18.5 inches on the inside and 21.5 inches outside.

Here is my first bow buck, killed this 8pt Oct 8 with a 20 yard broadside shot from my PSE Durango with goldtip arrows and 4 bladed 100g Muzzy




And here is my sister, she got her 8pt on Nov 7 with a 100 yard neck shot from her 22-250

I didn't shoot a wallhanger in WI this year but I have alot of meat and thats what "meat" hunters like best!
I haven't taken my film in yet to develop the "meat" pictures. LOL!

The TN season is far from over so I may get a wallhanger yet.

Hang in there and don't get too frustrated! It took me three years to get my first deer, and if you look above you can see it was well worth the wait! Don't worry that you only have until Monday, I hunted many, many hours and it was all over in a matter of seconds!

always have had a soft spot for women with guns, but women and hunting is even better... I like the calendar idea, maybe a swimsuit issue to follow up
