Chat

I can't get the Live Chat to work.
Tips for a positive Live Chat experience:
For Internet Explorer
1. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options...
2. Click the Security Tab
3. Click the Custom Level button
4. Scroll down to Microsoft VM
5. Click the Low Safety button under JAVA Permissions
6. Close and reload the Live Chat window

For Netscape
1. From the Edit menu, select Preferences
2. Click on the Advanced text on the left
3. Make sure the Enable JAVA box is checked
4. Close and reload the Live Chat window

Additional Notes
If the Live Chat window opens, but the "sponsored by" text appears directly under the Realtree.com logo, you do not have JAVA enabled and the Live Chat will not work.

If you're able to see the red background, but you still don't see the Room names in the list, you may type one of the following commands to join a room:
/join Bowhunting
/join Deerhunting
/join Turkey_Chat
/join General_Discussion

You may also type /help in the chat window for additional information.

General

I would like to apply for employment at Realtree. Where do I send my resume?
Send resumes and/or request for employment to the attention of The Human Resource Department at Jordan Outdoor Enterprises Ltd., 1390 Box Circle, Columbus, GA 31907.

I would like to request a donation or contribution from Realtree for my organization. Who do I contact?
Because Realtree doesn't actually manufacture any products and receives literally thousands of requests each year, Realtree makes monetary contributions to groups at the national level only. Currently, we do not have the administrative or financial resources to keep up with all of the individual requests. Hopefully, with our national efforts and yours on a local level, we will achieve the goals we are all trying to reach.

How can I hunt with Bill Jordan or Team Realtree?
The Team Realtree Pros wish they could hunt with everyone who asks, but the hunts they attend are invitational and planned by the outfitter a year in advance. There are many sweepstakes and contests held throughout the year that offer hunts with the Team Realtree Pros as prizes. Please keep a lookout in major outdoor publications and at Realtree.com for further details and announcements about these promotions.

I used the Realtree.com dealer locator and there are no dealers in my area. What do I do?
Realtree relies on manufacturers to supply us with the locations of their dealers (which currently number in the thousands). We are always adding dealers to our database and will continue to do so in the future. If you know the manufacturer of the product you are seeking, you can get their contact in our Product Information section (many have dealer locators at their web site). If you are still not successful, you can contact us through our feedback section and we will be glad to assist you further.

Why can't I buy Realtree products on your web site?
Realtree is not a manufacturer of products and only creates and promotes camo patterns for manufacturers of products and their dealers. To purchase products with Realtree patterns online, try Canadian Camo, Eders.com, Cabelas, or Bass Pro. For information and catalogs on products with Realtree, see the Product Information section at Realtree.com, or use our dealers locator to find a dealer near you.

How can I delete a cookie file set by Realtree.com?
During the course of your visit at Realtree.com, we may set cookie files to enable or enhance certain functions of the site. Under some rare circumstances, it may become necessary to delete a cookie file. Following the instructions on this page to remove a cookie.

Make sure you have the free QuickTime plug-in. QuickTime is available for Macintosh and Windows, and you can get it from http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/.

Simply fill in your email address on the Apple QuickTime page, choose your operating system, and click "Download QuickTime". It won't cost you a cent — you don't need to pay for QuickTime Pro in order to fully enjoy our videos and panoramic photographs.

Once you've downloaded the QuickTime installer, launch it. On the Choose Installation Type screen, select "Minimum". This will download and install just enough software to get you up and running the fastest, and contains everything you'll need. If you have a fast internet connection, you may wish to do a full install.
