Student Outdoor Experience

I had the privilege recently to sit down and give an interview to a buddy of mine named John Stamper, President of Student Outdoor Experience (SOE). You can see this entire video on our home page at realtree.com.
SOE is dedicated to educate our youth and families and equip them with the tools they need to successfully live a life as a model outdoorsman/woman. In the words of Stamper, SOE has realized that you "teach what you know and reproduce who you are. In order for us to reproduce young men and women that are going to be role models for future families and our hunting heritage we must equip them with the leadership ability to do so.” What I think is really cool about the talk we had is it reveals some of the qualities that leaders of successful corporations are looking for when hiring young people.

If you have a heart and passion to invest in the next generation as I do then check out SOE at soelive.com. They work with all types of national and community groups to educate students and share the passion of hunting, fishing and the outdoors and what it means to be a leader. Give them a call. I know they would love to hear from you.

Also tagging along was Sam’s 9 year old son Cannon who was hoping to double! Anna had never been hunting before!
