I have yet to lay the smack down on a deer but hopefully during the week of Thanksgiving I will get something. I have seen deer but have not taken anything yet. My dad has taken a spike and a doe and my mom just missed a huge buck this evening 11/18/07. How about you? Talk to ya later.

Well VA has picked up and the slick heads are dropping like flies, oh yeah a few reindeer have met thier fate at the hand of the G5. Unfortunately, Saturday was opening day of rifle here in the Old Dominion and the woods sound like your sitting in a war zone. Either some one forgot to tell everyone about the one per day limit or there are a lot of missing fools sitting in the trees above.

I shot the biggest 8 point of my life on opening day of bow season, the best part was I have about 30 trail camera pics of him throughout the summer, then the second day I shot another good 8 about 2 miles from the first one on my buddy's farm there is a 2 buck limit in Michigan so I tried my best a thinning out the slickheads for the rest of the season. I then went to buffalo county WI for there opening day of gun season with my dad to hunt a friends farm, and we both shot good bucks opening day, my dad shot an 8 and I shot a 10 the biggest deer of my life, to date. So I had a very blessed season. good luck and shoot em straight.

i have seen several bucks so far, yet I have not seen one that i would like to kill here in north mississippi.Did kill a doe w/ my bow earlier this year. Our club members have killed four 8-points and one 9 point. keep up the good work T-bone. Boo
