Monster Bucks XVI is Coming

Hey guys-
We will be filming the archery segment for the new Monster Bucks soon. I want to get your opinion on the funky shots you'd like to see on the new DVD. If you haven't seen any of the past Monster Bucks, make sure you buy this one. It has three bucks over 200 inches.

The new one is on the way! So let us know what you want to see!

I have seen a few videos of guys shooting pheasants and other small game birds with bows. Maybe you could do a skeet shoot with your bows.

I really like moving targets and steel targets. Maybe a flying squirrel?

    Hey Travis,
I can't wait for the new Monster Bucks DVD. Each year it gets better and I am glad to see that y'all are doing the archery segment again. It was awesome on the last Monster Bucks. How about just surprise everybody on the shots. Talk to ya later.

HOW ABOUT A 100 YARD BULLS EYE OR SPLITTING AN ARROW.

We like to play the bottle cap game. We take a plastic 20 oz bottle cap, make to splits down the side and hang it on the target. Everyone plops a quater down per round. Who ever bust the cap wins the money. If no one bust it then it goes to another round which makes the pot bigger.
We have also hung a powdered asprin on a piece of scotch tape to see who could powder it.
The fun thing is you only hang one, and everyone has to shoot. As you can imagine the arrows get stacked it a really tight group, and some anxiety builds due to the fact that someone has a good chance of robin hood'n your arrow.
That might be pretty lame for the Monster buck video, but maybe you all good augment something off that effect.
We also have a game we call Hillbilly Darts. That consists of throwing yous arrows by hand @ 20 yds, and getting them to stick in the target. This is 10x's harder than you think. We have developed a technique to get the arrows at least down range. It almost looks like you are throwing a javeline, because you cannot get them down range throwing them like you would darts at a dart board. It always gets us laughing. It also gives you some respect for the work a bow does.
If you don't use Hillbilly Dart on the video you need to try it with a group of your buddies. Make sure you are outside.
Well enough with my trade secrets, have fun at the filming.

T-Bone, I think its time for the Realtree Cameras to feature a "Drive By" Shot. Get a chair in the bed of a pick up and have someone drive you by the target. Shoot as you drive by. What do ya think?

Slickheads... Maybe put a "doe" target on a raft and put it in a pond.

    Peace,
    Huge
