Hey Darrell.. I had the same problem a couple of years ago. One thing I did was I went to a slightly smaller cutting diameter, and had great success on pass throughs. Rage are very popular broadheads put they do have a large cutting dia. especially the 2 blade. I believe they are coming out with a smaller diameter.
I hope my experience my help out in your playing around.

Hey T-Bone,
I love these little segments. i shoot a bowtech allegiance at 71# with rage two blades and ive smoked some arrows threw deer. the biggest problem i hear from my friends is just shot placement. u gettum broadside or quartering away and there is no reason why 60+ pounds shouldnt go threw like a hot knife threw butter if u miss that shoulder. love these clips. keep um comin.

Hey T-BONE
Somewhat new to archery been shooting since 2006.Now I want to take to the next level and start doing some of my own work. I have seen a lot of your blogs and vids on maintence and upkeep. Great! My question is.Is there any tools that pop into your mind that are must have's and or make your life easier on the bench? Also SO glad to hear your a fan of the kisser button. All my buddies cut at me cause I use one. It just makes me feel a lot better when I draw back. Thanks for the support brother.
God Bless and may your arrows fly true.
