With soil sampling, ground prep and fertilizing out of the way, Ryan Bland and Jeff Evans move on to the final step: seeding. Since this is a small kill plot, they elect to plant an annual / perennial blend. This video explains why, shows you how to plant with a hand spreader, and also highlights the value of overseeding.
