The Reasons We Hunt

By author of Brow Tines and Backstrap

It's Not the Destination, But the Journey We Seek.

I’ve always been asked why I hunt. The answer to that question is both very simple and extremely complex. We hunt because we want to experience what nature has to offer us. We hunt to grow in character as individuals who are a part of a much larger society. We hunt in order to provide healthy, all-natural nourishment for our families.

Simply put, it’s not the destination, but the journey we seek.

So, it’s very simple. And it’s extremely complex. It isn’t something we expect people to understand on a whim. And that is exactly why we encourage each and every one of you to go out and experience it for yourselves. Then you’ll see why we do what we do. Then you’ll see the reasoning behind the passion.

This is who we are.

This is our life.

This is Realtree.
