The 2nd Annual Badlands Film Festival held in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 9th, 2015 tripled in attendance from year one and was filled to capacity. The second year festival received rave reviews for both the quality of hunting films shown and for providing an offsite evening of entertainment at no charge to attendees.

Featuring 10 short films ranging from four to ten minutes and seven “Point of View” ultra-short films (three minute max) sponsored by GoPro, attendees were treated to an evening of entertainment from some of the industry’s top filmmakers and producers. Presented by Campbell Cameras, the Badlands Film Festival also included over $10K in giveaways from event sponsors and free drinks for everyone.

Event partners included:

  • Prime/G5 Outdoors
  • GoPro
  • Yeti Coolers
  • Suunto
  • Stokerized
  • Goal Zero
  • Camp Chef
  • Zeiss Optics
  • Phone Skope
  • Muck Boots

Blake VanTussenbrook of Badlands said of the event, “As we’ve said from the beginning, the film festival really is just a way for us to give back to an industry we love and that has supported us for over 20 years. The growth from year one to two was incredible to see and we’re already looking forward to another stellar event in 2016. The filmmakers, the crowd and the event partners have all been amazing to work with and truly show what a close knit industry we are a part of.”

Now in its 20th year, Badlands continues to focus on exceptional quality, continuing innovation, unmatched performance and as always the only unconditional lifetime warranty in the industry.
