It’s hard not to go with a name like Thompson/Center, right? Its Encore Predator chambered in .223 is a solid option. It has a 28-inch fluted barrel, but will accept other Encore barrels, too. It’s covered in Realtree Max-1. The MSRP is $882.

This is much the same gun as in the previous slide. However, pictured here is the TC Encore Predator in the .204 Ruger caliber. It also has the 28-inch fluted barrel and features all of the other specs the .223 does. The MSRP with this gun is also $882. It comes in Realtree camo.

TC’s Venture Predator is a coyote-killing machine. Not only that, but it’s priced more affordably for those on a budget, with an MSRP of $638. It’s chambered in .22-250 and comes with a 22-inch barrel with 5R rifling. It has a three-round detachable magazine. It’s dipped in Realtree AP Snow.

The TC Venture Predator also comes in the .308 caliber. It features all of the same specs shown in the previous slide. The only difference — it comes in Realtree Max-1 camouflage. The MSRP for the .308 is also $638.

The 10 Predator Hunter from Savage Arms is a solid varmint getter. It comes in 22- or 24-inch barrel length options and weighs approximately 8.5 pounds, depending on specific features that come on the gun. It has a four-round capacity and has a detachable magazine. This gun comes in .223, .204 Ruger, .22-250 Rem, .243 Win, 6.5 Creedmoor and .260 Rem. It has the AccuTrigger we all love and it’s dipped in Realtree Max-1 camo.

Looking for an awesome new predator gun with a lot of punch? The Model R-15 VTR Varmint from Remington is a solid option. It comes dipped in Realtree AP. Its MSRP is listed at $1,199.

Much like the Model R-15 VTR, the Model R-15 VTR SS by Remington is a great buy. Granted, they’re very similar. But the SS does have a little on its little brother. The MSRP is listed at $1,299. It comes dipped in Realtree AP, too.

Are you one to go the air rifle route? The Stealth by Crosman is a solid option. It’s calibered in .177 and travels at 1200 fps (alloy) and has 18 fpe (lead). It comes dipped in Realtree Hardwoods camo.

The Trail Stealth by Benjamin is a solid air rifle. It’s chambered in .177 and has a velocity of 1400 fps with 23 fpe. Predator hunters are a breed of outdoorsmen who love their toys — maybe even more than deer hunters and waterfowlers. And rightfully so. There are plenty of them out there to take to the woods and test out on coyotes, bobcats and other unsuspecting game. That’s why we walked the halls at the 2017 SHOT Show to give you just a small taste of the predator hunting rifles that people were buzzing about.
