The hungry animal helped itself to some cookies before police scared it away

A hungry black bear followed its nose into a Nestle Toll House Cafe in South Lake Tahoe, California, last week and helped itself to some cookies.

According to KCRA News, there were people inside the cafe when the bear entered. A cafe employee captured photos and videos of the bear as it climbed on top of the counter and ate cookies before it was eventually shooed out of the cafe by the police.
